Comfort and Convenience

Ford Fusion

There’s no doubt about it, the Ford Fusion will catch you eye as it drives by. The Ford Fusion is sporty, sleek, modern and exudes a very upscale design, but not only on the outside. The interior of the Ford Fusion utilizes high-end materials and does not skimp on the best of the best technology.

You’ll get a four-speaker stereo and Ford’s SYNC infotainment system which is an 8-inch display that also offers voice controls. Ford SYNC also gives you access to Apple CarPlay and Andriod Auto standard which is impressive at this price point. You’ll easily be able to integrate your smartphone so you’ll be able to use your phone’s apps, messaging, media, and contacts easily and safely.

Toyota Camry

The newest Camry really stepped up its game in terms of internal and exterior style. It features an all-new touch-screen system to make navigating through the menus a little bit easier. Unfortunately, Toyota doesn’t offer Apple CarPlay or Android Auto as an option.

Ford Fusion

There are four engines available with the 2018 Ford Fusion, ranging from a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine to a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6. If you’re just looking to go from A to B, the 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine will certainly get the job done. If you’re looking to upgrade, you might want to consider one of the two EcoBoost engines: a 1.5-liter four-cylinder that makes 181 horsepower or a 2.9-liter four-cylinder that puts out 245 horsepower.

If you’re looking for a true performance engine, Ford has that for you, too. The forth engine available is a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 that produces and impressive 325 horsepower. The Ford Fusion Sport truly delivers an exceptional driving experience which is something that is very hard to come by in this segment.

Toyota Camry

Most of the 2018 Camrys have a four-cylinder engine that puts out 203-horsepower. This non-turbocharged engine is actually quite peppy, but it’s still no sports car. If you’re looking for more power, you should look at upgrading to the V6 engine. This engine puts out 301-horsepower, but it will cost you. This step up will cost you $6,000 but will bring you closer to your sports car driving dreams.

In this highly competitive segment, these two vehicles really stand out. If you’re looking for a midsize sedan for the family that is fun to drive, eye-catching, and safe, the Ford Fusion might be just the car for you! Give us a call at Friendly Ford to schedule your test drive today!
